The Single Mom Healing Method Workshop

Here is one of the hardest parts of being a single mom...
Even if when you have a supportive family or involved co-parent- at the end of the day when you walk into your home, you are the only adult & everything falls on your shoulders.
Getting kids up for school/daycare, bedtimes, breakfast, dinner, rides, homework, practices, baths, laundry, cleaning the house, making sure your car has gas for the bazillion rides to and from school, work, practices, etc. on top of work, spend quality time with your kids, make sure you work out, get 8 hours of sleep and have a clean home.
Running a home these days is a 2 parent job but you do it all alone. And that is hard.

Day 1 Coaching Session
WHERE YOU ARE NOW
On the first day you will learn:
- The 4 Stages of Healing for Single Moms & determine what stage you are in through a brief assessment.
- Why it is so hard for you to let go of the past hurt, anger, sadness and/or disappointment.
- The 3 Step Technique on how to let go of the feelings you struggle with.


Day 2 Coaching Session
Single Mom Loneliness
There is two types of 'single-ness' you live with: actually being single & not in a relationship AND being the only adult in the home. Day 2 focuses on how to handle being the only adult in the home when everything falls on your shoulders.
- Learn how to handle the stress of being the only adult in your home & running your family
- Learn how to keep eyes forward in this season and not become overwhelmed by the stress
- Gain access to the SMH Daily Journal Activity that you can begin to implement daily
- GUEST SPEAKER will talk about MONEY: your relationship with money, how to handle the stress and give you ways to get you finances under control (including your credit score!)
Day 3 Coaching Session
Getting Control of Your Thoughts
You can't control the thoughts that pop into your mind but you do control how long they stay. On day 3 you will learn:
- Using the SMH Method- you will learn how to identify what triggers in your life
- 3 Step Process to reprogram the voice in your head
- Gain access to the top Single Mom Mantras you can begin to use
- GUEST SPEAKER will talk about Self Confidence & Self Worth as a single mom.
After this session, you’ll be able to stop the triggers in your life & learn how to handle them.




Bonus Day 4 Coaching Session
You were not meant to carry this mountain, you are meant to CLIMB it!
On our final day you will:
- Learn who to surround yourself with
- Learn why sometimes the people closest to you can make you feel the worst (unintentionally)

HEY, I'm Andrea!
I was a single mom for 7 years. I created The Single Mom Healing Method & have been mentoring single moms for the past 5 years. I believe that you won't be a single mom forever, that your next chapter is coming. There are so many blessings in this season as a single mom & it is important to use this time to heal, release the past & rebuild yourself. The Single Mom healing Method is based on 3 pillars; Mental Awareness, Visualization & Faith. Another way to put it is becoming aware of what's going on in your mind and getting control of your thoughts, being able to get crystal clear on what you want in your life & growing your relationship with God and strengthening your faith in His plan.
