Day 1 | Acknowledge Your Journey

We focus on validating your unique journey that has led you to this moment through a series of reflective exercises led by Andrea (picture yourself taking a big breath in, then exhale everything you've been struggling with so you can get it out). Learn what The 4 Stages of Single Mom Healing are & determine what Stage of Healing you are currently in. 

Day 2 | Understanding Your Emotions & Helping Your Children with Their Emotions

Single mom healing is unique because you have to co-parent or solo parent while healing from the hurt that the father of your children has caused. Learn how to honor & feel your emotions while protecting your children these adult issues. You will also learn effective ways to help your children navigate this new normal. 

Day 3 | Make the Decision to Release in Order to Receive

This day is all about making the decision to let go of the hurt, anger, sadness, unfairness that you have been struggling with & becoming aware of your subconscious thought patterns.

Day 4 | Learn HOW TO let go of feelings of shame, guilt, anger, sadness, unworthiness and how unfair it feels

As a single mom you spend a lot of time with yourself & hear the voice in your head the most. We can be consumed by or stuck in patterns of thinking that we no longer want to be consumed by. Today you will learn HOW TO reprogram the voice in your head and stop being consumed by thoughts that are not serving you anymore.

Day 5 | Learn to Manage Triggers to Avoid the Emotional Roller Coaster

What triggers you controls you. Learn how to maintain your peace emotionally and physically so you don’t emotionally spiral when you are triggered. You will learn what Foundational Truths are & how they will help you become un-trigger-able. 

Day 6 | Create Your Eyes Forward Perspective

Eyes Forward perspective is about rebuilding yourself & getting clarity on what you want for yourself & your children moving forward. This day is dedicated to getting clarity on different areas of your life including relationships/love, finances, faith, experiences and how you want your kids to remember their childhood.

Day 7 | Pulling It all Together

On your last day you will bring everything together that you have learned the past 6 days and take the Single Mom Healing Assessment to identify areas of strengths & weaknesses so you can continue to heal and move forward.
